UTOPIA EVENTS SRL reserves the right to modify the "Terms and Conditions" at any time without prior notice.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the utopia.md website. By accessing and using utopia.md, you automatically accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms mentioned, please refrain from using this website.
2. Definitions
- -UTOPIA EVENTS SRL: The event organizer, the company that manages and sells tickets through utopia.md.
- -User: Any person accessing utopia.md, whether they purchase tickets or not.
- -Tickets: The right to attend an event organized by UTOPIA EVENTS SRL, purchased through utopia.md.
3. Use of utopia.md
3.1. Users must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) to purchase tickets. Minors may purchase tickets only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided on utopia.md, including contact details and payment information.
4. Ticket Purchase
4.1. Tickets can be purchased online through utopia.md using the accepted payment methods.
4.1.1. In addition to the ticket price, an additional maintenance fee may be applied, which can range from 4% to 10% of the ticket value. The client agrees to pay this fee at the time of ticket purchase.
4.2. After completing the order and confirming payment, the electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided by the User. The User must ensure that the email address is correct and functional.
4.3. Once purchased, tickets are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the organizer.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1. Ticket refunds are permitted only if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Otherwise, tickets are non-refundable.
5.2. In the event of cancellation, the payment will be refunded to the bank account used for the purchase within 14 business days.
5.3. Processing fees or other charges are non-refundable.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. UTOPIA EVENTS SRL respects the privacy of Users' personal data in accordance with Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data.
6.2. The personal data provided by the User will be used only for processing the order and will not be shared with third parties without the User's prior consent, except as required by law.
7. Liability
7.1. UTOPIA EVENTS SRL is not responsible for any technical errors or other issues that may affect the functioning of utopia.md or the delivery of tickets.
7.2. UTOPIA EVENTS SRL is not liable for inconveniences caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.
8. Modification of Terms and Conditions
8.1. UTOPIA EVENTS SRL reserves the right to modify the "Terms and Conditions" at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on utopia.md.
8.2. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
